Green Mountain Treatment Center is the flagship dual diagnosis residential rehab facility of Granite Recovery Centers. Located on 77 acres in New Hampshire’s White Mountains, it provides a structured setting for men and women age 18 and older seeking recovery from drug and alcohol addiction.
Green Mountain, New Hampshire, offers a full continuum of care, including on-site drug and alcohol detox. After medical detox, individuals transition to inpatient/residential treatment, a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), or an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).
Treatment at Granite’s Green Mountain Center is designed for individuals with a primary diagnosis of substance use disorder and includes integrated care for co-occurring mental health conditions, like depression and anxiety, to support holistic recovery.
Our campus spans over 70 acres in the White Mountains, offering space to breathe, reflect, and enjoy outdoor activities, including sports, games, and nature hikes.
We involve families and loved ones in individual and couples therapy, and we offer a weekly family support group that also extends to family members of alumni.
You can expect one-on-one interactions with your recovery team and an individualized treatment plan, including one-on-one and group therapy, medication management, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT).
Individuals are monitored 24/7 by licensed nurses under the supervision of our Medical Director. Our team includes medical and psychiatric Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) who oversee safe drug and alcohol detox/rehab.
We offer multiple evidence-based pathways to recovery, including SMART Recovery, so you can choose the approach that aligns with your needs, values, and long-term goals.

Where to start? Green mountain has a revolutionary approach to substance and alcohol rehabilitation. They have options many other rehabs do not. Mostly they offer love and compassion as well as community, which are not very common in the rehab industry. This place is a godsend, I wouldn’t be where I am today without it.
